I’m Salima, and I’m proud to call the Luberon — in the heart of Provence — my lifelong home. As a certified language instructor, I love helping English-speaking learners discover not just the French language, but the spirit of Provence itself. I created Learn French in Provence for curious learners to immerse themselves in the language, culture, and everyday life of this beautiful region, all while building real confidence in speaking French.

Immerse yourself in the beauty of Provence while learning French in the authentic village of Saint-Saturnin-lès-Apt. Hosted by Salima Benamor, a certified language instructor born and raised in nearby Apt, and specializing in teaching French to native English speakers, this one-week program combines daily language lessons with convivial cultural experiences — from exploring village markets and scenic strolls through historic streets to tasting local wines and Provençal specialties. As you practice French with locals and soak in the rhythms of village life, you’ll build confidence in the language while truly living the spirit of Provence.
